We run professionally managed, serviced offices and workshops in the Heathfield area of Newton Abbot for new and developing businesses. Workshops and offices are available on monthly tenancy agreements; no solicitors, legal or surveyors fees.

Offices are located in two adjacent buildings, both of which were built within the last twelve years, with sizes varying from small offices of 152 sq ft to larger ones of up to 500 sq ft. There is a mix of ground floor and first floor offices. Our workshops range from 600 sq ft to 1500 sq ft. .

Teignbridge Business Centre focuses on incubation units designed primarily for young business to grow and develop. Our units are fully managed and with a full range of administrative support, our tenants need only concentrate on succeeding in their chosen business.

Tenants can also take advantage of the services offered by Enterprise South Devon, who are based on site, and offer a full range of business support and training services.

Teignbridge Business Centre also offers conferencing facilities (from 2 to 40 people), which are available for hire at competitive rates, with a full range of refreshments and buffet options to suit your needs.
