Conference Facilities

Located half a mile from the A38, just 20 minutes from Exeter and 30 minutes from Plymouth, Teignbridge Business Centre can be found at the heart of the Heathfield Industrial Estate, providing ideally located facilities for meeting customers, suppliers and sales teams, or for training seminars.

Teignbridge Business Centre has three well-presented meeting and conference rooms available to everyone on an hourly, half-day or full-day basis.  Whether for our smaller meeting room or for our larger conference room seating up to 40 (theatre style), TBC offers a flexible and professional service, leaving you free to concentrate on the business aspects of your meeting.  All facilities are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

 

Room Hire Charges

Conference Room- Per day £95, Half day £60              (Plus VAT)                

Meeting Room 1- Per day £90, Half day £45                (Plus VAT)

Meeting Room 2- Per day £90, Half day £45                 (Plus VAT)

We can also provide you with tea and coffee, as well as a choice of lunch options to suit any special dietary needs that you may have.

                                                                     

 

In addition to delegate reception, we can provide the following for hire:

  • TV and video

  • Laptop, LCD and overhead projectors

  • Presentation lectern

  • Wipeboards and flipcharts

  • Telephone and internet access

A First Aid trained staff member is on site at all times
