Enterprise South Devon can offer training under the Enterprise Business Academy.

We have carefully selected trainers that have proven occupational competence and real enthusiasm and drive for helping people within business to develop their skills to help improve overall business efficiency and growth.

Workshops:

With the increased burden of ever changing legislation any employer needs to ensure they keep up to date with Health & Safety, 1st Aid, Employment Law, Manual Handling and Fire Safety. It is their responsibility to ensure they have given their employees access to this information.

Enterprise Business Academy will be running all the above courses intermittently throughout the year.

Personal / Behaviour Skills

Have you got all the ingredients for success? Many of the 'softer' skills are making a noticeable difference to performance within the workplace and outside; we will be offering a series of 1 day courses focusing on 'behaviour' and the 'person'. Examples are Sales Techniques and Assertiveness.

eCourses

As an approved learndirect Business eCourses delivery partner, the Enterprise Business Academy can offer a wide range of eCourses.

eCourses are online and DVD-ROM based courses that can give you and your staff the skills they need quickly and easily, covering a wide range of areas that are vital to the success of your business.
