Welcome to Enterprise South Devon

As part of a national network of enterprise agencies, Enterprise South Devon’s primary role is to assist with the establishment of small to medium sized businesses throughout the Teignbridge, Torbay and South Hams areas of South Devon and Exeter.

We do this by offering a range of business support services and information to both new and established companies, as well to individuals or groups of people thinking of starting completely new business ventures in the area. 

All of our  Business Advisors have either owned or run their own businesses or managed organisations at the highest levels. They have the experience that comes with the day to day running of a business, the pitfalls, the problems that can occur and how to avoid them. The majority of our Advisors are SFEDI qualified which means they are up to date with all new legislation and regulations.

Aims & Objectives

ESD’s principal objective is to contribute to the economy of the area by realising business potential and creating enterprise in the community.

We do this by providing business assistance and consultancy services, thereby helping the development and sustainability of local businesses, both new and established.

We also aim to help improve the skills base of local companies, ensuring that management and employees are provided with the appropriate training resources that will help improve their efficiency and, ultimately, profitability.
